We extend a warm welcome to all groups including Cubs, Scouts, Guides, Cadets and youth groups. As with all our clients we will put together a programme that meets your needs.
You can take advantage of our residential facilities or camp in our extensive grounds, select activities or do your own thing.

Scouts, Guides, Brownies and Cubs
Your Scouts, Guides, Cubs or Brownies visit can be arranged on a residential or day basis. From team bonding to trying something new, everything will be planned around your requirements.
Hen/Stag Groups
Looking for something different to celebrate your hen or stag party? If you and your friends love the outdoors, our tailored day or residential packages, will guarantee a fun and memorable experience which you’ll talk about for years to come.
You may want to relax in our comfortable accommodation and participate in less challenging activities such as archery, or for the ultimate thrill seeker, chose to go gorge walking.
Groups
If you run a group, Weardale Adventure Centre is the perfect place to bring them. From youth groups, to adult cycling and walking clubs, all are welcome.
We cater for large and small groups and depending on their age, the programme of activities will be tailor-made to suit.
Alternatively, if you’re looking to do your own thing, you’re very welcome to use our facilities and accommodation as your base. If you’d like us to prepare home-made meals at the end of your day, we’d be delighted.
